Yoga Group classes

Designed to support movement, mindfulness, and well-being for children, teens, and individuals. Each session is tailored to the specific group, ensuring an inclusive, engaging, and empowering experience.

🧘 Special Needs & Disability Yoga (Private & Group Sessions) – Fully catered to individual needs, these sessions provide a safe and supportive space for movement, relaxation, and sensory integration.

Sensory yoga techniques are incorporated into all classes to enhance comfort and engagement.
